Today I put Sophie down on her playmat (on her back) and went in the other room to do something. I came back, and she was on her stomach. I had to think for a minute..."did I put her on her stomach or her back...?" Sure enough...she rolled from her back to her stomach. They say that's harder to do than from stomach to back. YAY for my little loaf! Pretty soon she'll be rolling all over the place like her BFF Grace!! She has her 4 month well baby check-up on the 6th. That means more shots....eeeek! At least the "funk" only lasts a few days.
I'm so excited for this Christmas!! Not only because it will be Sophia's 1st, but we will see both of our extended families!! And finally my husband will meet my brother and his niece for the first time. Last but not least.....a dear friend of mine is getting married (I'm in the wedding...another reason for our trip back to SC) and I'm soooooo happy for her!
I think we are going to get our tree tomorrow. I know I know......"why get a tree when you aren't going to be there for Christmas?" It just wouldn't be Christmas without a tree in our house....especially since Sophia is here now. I'll post pictures soon.
